1. go into gmod
2. then go singleplayer or sandbox
3. spawn a bunch of wooden props
4 build them into something you like or stack them
5 (optional) adv dupe it for future purposes
6 spawn a vehicle
7 get into the vehicle and run into the wooden building you made earilier
8 or on an rp server give someone that building
9 then break into house using crowbar or drive into it
10 go "lol, my bad"
11 watch them get pissed at you
