Nik's admin test :)

OK, I just wanted to say real quick that I haven't been on the server long. HOWEVER! I've seen all manner of douche-baggery since I've started, and wanted to put it to an end. Last night I saw one of the admins rage and get banned, so I decided to use the opening and take the test.

1.How would you deal with a rdmer?
Warn 1, Warn 2, Kick, (and if he comes back on and continues) 1 Hour Ban.

2.How would you deal with a prop spammer?
It depends on how long he's been prop spamming before I could deal with him, if he's been at it for quite a while, I'd kick him so I could clean up, if he just started, Warning 1, Kick.

3.How would you deal with a prop blocker?
Listen to the people playing on the server, and act accordingly. Probably: Warn, Strip, Kick.

4.How would you deal with a minge?
This one depends on what kind of minge they are: if they are the innocent noob kind, (who doesn't know what they are doing wrong.) I would clean up his mess and instruct him on the correct things to do. If they are the kind who does this sorrta stuff intentionally, Warn, Strip, Kick/1 Hour Ban. (Ban only so he loses interest in the server and doesn't come back.)

5.If a friend asks you for admin what do you do?
Politely tell them no, and show them to this website.

6.In the event of someone trying to crash the server with props what do you do?
Warn, 1 Hour Ban.

7.How would you deal with a flamer?
Warn, Kick. (I don't like having the server members upset, I have little tolerance for such people.)

8.If someone is prop killing what do you do
Warn, Kick, 1 Hour Ban, Longer Ban (Perhaps perm if i don't think they'll change their ways.)

I'm a bit confused...I just looked at Grim's, and didn't see anything suggesting that you weren't taking any more tests. What specifically do you mean?

I was on the server yesterday and I noticed Nik. He was a thief at the time so he was being devious but he was friendly to me and reported some rule breakers to me which I thought was nice.
